What is asbestos encapsulation?
Asbestos encapsulation involves applying a special sealant which stops fibres from being released. As this process can only be carried out on asbestos which is stable, we'll need to carry out a survey so that we can tell you if we can encapsulate it or if we'll need to remove it altogether. In some instances, removal may be the best long term solution, however we will discuss all available options with you.

Our experts will advise you on the best type for your building, but this will depend on the type of property and the condition of the asbestos. We will complete thorough risk assessments, and submit a Plan of Work to the Health & Safety Executive on your behalf.
