At Evans Asbestos, we offer management and demolition/refurbishment surveys, and can also provide re-inspection surveys to periodically inspect the condition of known asbestos in buildings. Why do I need an asbestos survey?
Asbestos wasn't completely banned until 1999, which means there's a huge number of buildings which still have it inside. An asbestos management survey can identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and determine its current condition. Our team can carry out surveys, issue follow-up reports and asbestos management plans across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. Please note, that you will need this to comply with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Refurbishment and demolition surveys
Asbestos fibres are carcinogenic, so any work which could potentially disturb and distribute them requires a survey. Simply vacate the premises, Evans Asbestos can carry out a full inspection, and once the property has been certified ‘fit for reoccupation’ then work can commence.
